Everything you see on our website—logos, product names, designs, images, graphics, and copy—is either owned by Three Putt Golf Clothing or used with permission. It’s all protected by copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property laws.

WHAT’S COVERED

Our IP includes (but isn’t limited to):

• The Three Putt Golf Clothing name and logo

• Product names, designs, and graphics

• Original product photos, mockups, illustrations, and videos

• Website content, including product descriptions and blog posts

You can’t copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any of it without written permission from us.

PERSONAL USE

Want to repost a product photo or shout us out? Go for it. Just tag us and don’t crop out the logo or watermark.
Any use for editorial, social, or commercial purposes (e.g. in a blog, magazine, ad campaign) requires our prior written approval.

BRAND MISUSE

We don’t allow:

• Fake accounts, imitation logos, or brand misrepresentation

• Using our name or designs on your own gear

• Selling counterfeit products that resemble our items

• Passing off your brand or site as affiliated with us

Violators may face legal action—and we’re not shy about protecting our brand.

REPORTING INFRINGEMENT

If you think someone’s ripping off our stuff, let us know at support@threeputtgolf.com.
If you believe we’ve used something without proper rights, email us and we’ll investigate.
