RETURNS POLICY

We get it. Sometimes it doesn’t quite fit, feel right, or suit your swing. No hard feelings. Here’s how to return it.

STANDARD RETURNS

  • You’ve got 21 days from delivery to return an item.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and with tags intact.

  • Original packaging preferred (makes life easier).

  • Returns are at your expense unless the item is faulty.

EXCHANGES

Need a different size or colour?

  • Drop us an email at support@threeputtgolf.com with your order number and request.

  • We'll confirm stock availability.

  • Post the original back and we’ll sort the swap once we get it.

FAULTY OR WRONG ITEM

  • Let us know within 7 days of delivery if something’s wrong.

  • Include photos and a brief note (this makes it quicker to fix).

  • If it’s on us, we’ll cover return postage or send a replacement.

  • Faults reported beyond 60 days may not be eligible for a refund.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We can’t accept returns for:

  • Worn, washed, or damaged gear

  • Items with no tags or signs of heavy wear

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Mystery bundles or discounted “final sale” items

REFUNDS

  • Once we get your return and check it, we’ll process your refund.

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.

  • Allow up to 10 business days for it to land. Banks can be slow.

RETURN TIPS

  • Use tracked shipping (it protects both of us.)

  • Keep your proof of postage until we confirm receipt.

  • Make sure returns are securely packaged.
