Welcome to Three Putt Golf Clothing. If you browse or buy from our site, you agree to these terms. If anything here doesn’t sit right, feel free to hit pause and contact us before purchasing.

GENERAL

Three Putt Golf Clothing ("we", "us", "our") is a UK-based independent golf apparel brand. These terms apply to all orders placed via our website (www.threeputtgolf.com). By ordering, you confirm you’ve read and agreed to these terms.

PLACING AN ORDER

When you hit “Checkout,” that’s you offering to buy. We'll email to confirm we've received your order. When it’s shipped, that’s when it’s official.

  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order.

  • If there’s a pricing or stock error, we’ll tell you ASAP and offer a refund, exchange, or alternative.

  • Orders must be placed by someone 18+ with the authority to do so.

PRODUCT DETAILS

We try to show products as accurately as possible, including colours, materials, and sizes.

  • Slight variations may happen due to screen settings or manufacturing.

  • If something’s significantly off, let us know and we’ll make it right.

  • All sizes are approximate.

PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are in GBP and include VAT (where applicable).

  • We accept all major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods listed at checkout.

  • Payment is taken at the point of order.

  • If your payment doesn’t go through, your order won’t be processed.

PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS

Discount codes must be entered at checkout.

  • Only one code per order.

  • Codes cannot be added after purchase.

  • If an offer has terms (min spend, expiry date), those apply.

  • We reserve the right to change or cancel promos at any time.

DELIVERY

We ship orders Monday to Friday.

  • Standard orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours.

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

  • We’ll email tracking once it’s on the move.

  • You’re responsible for providing a correct delivery address.

  • Missed delivery? Couriers usually reattempt or hold it for collection.

International customers:

  • You’re responsible for any local duties/taxes unless we state otherwise.

  • Customs delays are outside our control.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Changed your mind? No worries.

  • You’ve got 21 days from delivery to return it.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

  • We don’t cover return postage unless the item was faulty.

  • Include your order number and reason in the parcel.

Exchanges:

  • Email us to request one.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Faulty or incorrect items:

  • Let us know within 7 days.

  • We’ll sort out a replacement or refund.

  • For faulty gear, send photos so we can assess.

Returns address and process is on our [Returns page].

CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders can be cancelled up until dispatch.

  • Once shipped, you’ll need to return the item once it arrives.

ACCOUNT SECURITY

If you make an account, keep your login secure.

  • You’re responsible for any activity under your account.

  • Tell us if you suspect a breach.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All site content (logos, designs, product names, text, images) belongs to Three Putt Golf Clothing or is licensed for our use.

  • Don’t use our stuff for anything commercial without our written permission.

LIABILITY

We’re not liable for any indirect losses, damage, or data loss from using our site or products, unless the law says otherwise.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of your purchase.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms occasionally.

  • Significant changes will be posted here.

  • Continued use = you accept the updates.
